Returns and Refunds
Because the NFS-1 is sold as a PRE-ORDER shipping in 2027, this policy covers two separate situations.
Cancelling a pre-order before it ships
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund of everything you paid. No reason required and no cancellation fee. Email info@luminyxeyewear.com with your order number and we'll process it within 5 business days, back to your original payment method.
Returning a product after it arrives
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in the condition you received them, with all original packaging and accessories included.
To start a return, email info@luminyxeyewear.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Damaged or defective items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Discounts and promotions
Refunds are for the amount you actually paid, not the item's list price. If a discount code or promotion was applied to your order, the refund reflects the discounted amount.
If you return part of an order and the remaining items no longer qualify for a discount you received — for example, a minimum-spend offer or a multi-item bundle — the discount is recalculated and the refund adjusted accordingly.
Free or promotional items included with a qualifying purchase must be returned along with the item that earned them. If they aren't returned, their value is deducted from your refund.
Discount codes are single-use and are not reissued after a return or cancellation.
Pre-order pricing: the $149 pre-order price is available for a limited period before launch. If you cancel your pre-order, we can't guarantee that price will still be available if you order again later.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items can't be returned.
