See the Difference
Light That Surrounds Your Line of Sight
Headlamps throw a spot. Flashlights need a hand. Work lights stay where you put them. The Luminyx NFS-1 takes a different approach: soft, even, circumambient light built directly into ANSI Z87.1 impact-rated safety eyewear — so the light goes exactly where you look, and shadows disappear.
Same job. Same darkness. Different light.
These are real, unedited side-by-side comparisons — an LED headlamp on the left, the Luminyx NFS-1 on the right.
Wrench work in an engine bay — the headlamp buries the fastener in shadow the moment your hands get near it.
Input shaft and seal inspection — with light surrounding your line of sight, the detail you're checking is actually lit.
Under-sink plumbing — no repositioning, no shadows from the pipes between you and the work.
Why the difference is so dramatic

A headlamp sits above your eyes, so the shadow it casts falls directly in your field of view. The NFS-1's light surrounds your line of sight — the shadow is hidden behind whatever you're looking at, outside of view.
No Glare, No Halo
The LEDs are recessed into the frames with an opaque barrier between the LEDs and the lenses. None of the light hits your eyes or scatters across the lens — it all goes forward, onto your work.
