Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

What a pre-order is

The NFS-1 is sold as a PRE_ORDER. The product is still in development and is expected to ship in 2027. You are reserving a unit at the pre-order price of $149, below the planned $179.99 retail price.

When you're charged

Your card is charged in full at the time you place the pre-order, not when the product ships.

Cancelling

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships, for any reason, and receive a full refund of everything you paid. There is no cancellation fee and no restocking fee.

To cancel, email info@luminyxeyewear.com with your order number. We'll confirm and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

If the ship date changes

2027 is our current estimate, not a guarantee. Hardware development timelines move. If the estimate changes materially, we'll email everyone with a pre-order and explain what happened. You can cancel for a full refund at that point, or at any other point before shipment.

If we cancel your order

If we're unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, we'll notify you and refund you in full. You won't need to request it.Discounts and promotions

Refunds are for the amount you actually paid, not the item's list price. If a discount code or promotion was applied to your order, the refund reflects the discounted amount.

If you return part of an order and the remaining items no longer qualify for a discount you received — for example, a minimum-spend offer or a multi-item bundle — the discount is recalculated and the refund adjusted accordingly.

Free or promotional items included with a qualifying purchase must be returned along with the item that earned them. If they aren't returned, their value is deducted from your refund.

Discount codes are single-use and are not reissued after a return or cancellation.

Pre-order pricing: the $149 pre-order price is available for a limited period before launch. If you cancel your pre-order, we can't guarantee that price will still be available if you order again later.

After it ships

Once your order ships, our Return and Refund Policy applies instead of this one.
